Anderson has shown glimpses of flair with his dribbling, but a sign of a great player is their touch. Trippiers fired low cross was sublimely controlled from Anderson and resulted in a blocked shot. He needs starting, throw him in against Spurs, he deserves it.

It is really just me that thought Calvert-Lewin should've got a red card on that fault? Referee was lenient bc it was the beginning of the game but I thought it looked extremely violent and unsportsmanlike. I think he got away with that.

  3. Dan Brown

Was a blatant dive, sign of desperation. Love that the goal went over tiny arms despite it only being half way up the goal lol!
Also Anderson should start at spurs!

I was buzzing when shar came to the defence of trippier when he called out Gordon, especially with the one for all mentality.
Would have been great if we scored another one but on another day would have been a thrashing for Everton.
I hope Elliott Anderson gets some game time and hope he gets the chance of a start. great being a toon supporter nowadays been a long time coming since keegan and wor Bobby's era. HWTL

I would really like to see Elliot Anderson get a start against Spurs, but if not, he should start in the cup game at the very minimum. That's too much talent to sit on the bench right there.

Anderson is bound to commit errors if he is not consistently being played. That is the type of thing that goes away with consistent minutes. Hopefully, that's what we can expect veeeeery soon. The diving situation can only be corrected with after match reviews and sanctions, I hope they come to that at some point. Massive cheers my dear friend!!! Can't wait for tonights show!

The other Everton player can’t remember his name who went down holding his face claiming Wilson hit him in the face, replay showed he literally didn’t touch him, it’s seriously pathetic and I don’t blame Wilson for kicking off about it.

  8. Out And About With Rob

    From last night:

Apparently the nufc game against Everton last night was nearly called off the Everton team coach was stopped on the A1 bye the Northumbria police armed response team acting on a tip off about weaponery but after a lengthy search they only found small arms 🫣🫣⚽⚽⚽💪

    😂😂😂😂😂

Elliott Anderson is a decent talent but he's certainly nothing special and I think he won't actually Improve that much…he's a championship player I feel we certainly need to be looking at better talent and giving them the chance

I agree with most things you said aside from the Lampard bit. He thought Gordon going down in the box was a penalty and for that alone, I think Lampard needs drug tested.
