Eddie very informative video as ever, the term slippage is used often in the construction industry which generally softens the statement that works are behind. 🤣
However rather they get it right and it suits its purpose then get things wrong like our neighbour's recently. As well the team success on Saturday it was nice to see our club Newcastle United get it right off the park they fought for the 6,000 + fans to be allowed to attend the game and from all accounts everything went like clockwork.
Brilliant and you were there to cover it superb.
Photgraph on the pitch at the end will don walls for years to come.
Onward and upward The Future is Bright The future is Black & White.
P.S. best of luck with your future coverage on autism etc

I was sort of hoping it would be ready for April as I'll be over for the game against spurs, no worries, plenty of other bars around the town😂 ty Eddie, keep up the great videos bud .

Really wouldn't be surprised if the Fanzone didn't open until just before next season, though I doubt I'll get to visit for some time yet, she who must be obeyed given up on travel. Your weekend offerings were top notch and can't wait for your next videos, any chance you can do something on the club advisory commitee? looks like a bit of a storm brewing with the clubs selections. E & H are the best always raising and answering questions us supporters want to know.

Look I'm going to be honest, I like this guy, but he is so full of shit about anything to do with development plans. Like REALLY? Mate honestly! Geordie people are for from gullible. YOU AREN'T IN THE KNOW, MATE.sorry to piss on your parade my friend but just leave it . JUST stick to match analysis or whatever. Im actually trying to help you here. You have banged on for god knows how long about future plans, and potential development and changes in location. Just do your day job mate. N keep an eye on things closer to home. You are neglecting your wife because U are chin deep in development. Ask her!

Have you not noticed that before the game the mackems were saying how our team was overrated, we had overpaid for players blah blah, and they had players who were worth a fortune, jack clark was worth £40m apparently, Ballard, Neil and Bellingham were worth over £20m each ! Now, after we didn’t have to get out of second gear to embarrass them, it’s all ‘their squad was half a billion and ours was only £10m’.

  6. @pseudoism

To be honest those stack developments look rubbish, breathed a sigh of relief when they got rid of the one in Newcastle centre and now they are going to build another eye sore outside the ground…. ☹️

Hi Eddie , I love to hear your comments ,which in my mind are sensible and most informitive ,I also hope that you visit the Irish Centre just behind you ,where about roughly a lot of our former stars meet up on a monthly basis for a chin wag about old times , such as super mac David Craig Tommy Cassidy Ray Ellison and Jinky Jimmy Smith, but I would also like to point out that North Shields football club are about to lose the football ground they have played on for years ,due to financial problems owing money to the council and where may I add the Longstaff brothers learned their trade , which may I also add has benifited the team I love , now You are in a better position than me to bring this to the attention of wor Amanda at Newcasle and the toon being the richest club in the world they could easily help out by sorting them out by paying what money owed to the Council and it would be a great public relation scheme as well and who knows they could maybe be of immense help to the local youth and maybe bring us more like Matty and Sean Longstaff , anyway I leave it your hands Eddie ,respect Budgie .

I was gutted when I heard they were closing STACK on Pilgrim Street as I’d have a few drinks and a bite to eat. There was always a great atmosphere too. I was hoping this version of STACK would’ve been open sooner as we don’t have one now. The nearest STACK is in Seaburn, Sunderland. It’s canny but it’s too far to travel and Newcastle’s was far better.

Great videos from over the weekend, Eddie – you captured the mood and atmosphere perfectly. And hats off to you – no merchandise to sell or pleas to " hit the like button" like some I could mention. Keep it up, mate.

spot on eddy on this video …no arguments from me …we all should be over the moon for a derby victory !! now we have man city ..back to reality ..or can start climbing the premiere league ??..great news about the fans zone for jobs entertainment, and making the city more attractive for more investment !! just hope it gets done ??

  11. @canderson1955

On your assessment of the Sunderland game I fully agree. The reason Sunderland are where they are in relation to Newcastle, is their own absence from the Premiership for so long. It is not our issue they sunk so low for so long.

Being from construction it ain't a case of sticking a few containers on the site, you have to asses the electrics the drainage, water supply whether main road needs dug up, the mound of soil may need to be moved, have to deal with all these companies before you dig a hole not to mention metro and buses
