I think Frank is a good manager but he should have started off in lower leagues then worked his way up like Howe did, good players don't always make top managers but I think has what it takes but it's going to take time. They had good spells of possession but possession doesn't get you points scoring goals does and that were Everton is lacking, zero shots on goal.
